French Antique Triple Tambour Haberdashery Cabinet A stunning oak triple fronted tambour filing cabinet with original shelves – perfect for storing clothes or for filing away paper. The tambour has smooth operating roller shutters which can be opened after unlocking (working key) and using the original brass handles. This is a fabulous practical piece of haberdashery storage furniture which would bring a stylish element to a bedroom or would look fantastic in a shop/office environment. Dimensions: Height: 150cm Width:128.5cm Depth: 38cm Origin: France Circa: 1940s Workshop Report: The cabinet is in good vintage condition. The fronts of the tambour move well, and lock at the top with key when not in use. There are a few marks to the wooden front in places – see photos. As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
