Vintage Design

A rare set of dining cheairs crafted in Denmark in the 1960s/70s, inspired by Henning Kjærnulf’s Brutalist / Baroque Bold style. Each chair is solid with no damage to the wood, and frame is all solid, but fabric needs to be replace, which we can do at an additional cost. Please see that back and seat easily can be taken off.

The wood has developed a beautiful patina, with each chair displaying unique aging while still clearly belonging together as a set from the same home.

These chairs are in good vintage condition, with the original screws and the wood and stability still in perfect form. Small beautiful details.

Pair these 6 vintage oak dining chairs with one of our mid-century solid oak extension tables, also in the style of Kjærnulf, for a cohesive look. Alternatively, mix them with a modern table to create a striking contrast between classic and contemporary.
