We are delighted to offer this lovely suite of six original Victorian Walnut framed cabriolet legged dining chairs with Claw & Ball feet and Shepherds crook curved arms. These are a rare and decorative suite of chairs, they have walnut frames with Georgian Irish carved cabriolet legs and Shepherd's crook arms on the carvers. The arm style dates back to the late 18th century and was designed by Robert Gillows In terms of the condition they are well used, they have age and use related patina marks in the form of some chips and scratches on most pieces, the frames have all been checked, glued and clamped, the timber has been deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished Standard chair dimensions Height:- 100cm Width:- 55cm Depth:- 57cm Seat height:- 47.5cm Pair of carver chair dimensions Height:- 102cm Width:- 66cm Depth:- 63cm Seat height:- 47.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
