The Rothschild Bank is widely regarded as a leading exemplar of 1970's French style, and this exhibition comprises several of the major pieces designed by Boyer for specific areas within the bank, including the desk for Elie de Rothschild’s private office and the molded fiberglass chairs for the bank’s cafeteria, which will be displayed alongside a recreation of the original mural that artist Guy de Rougemont painted for the bank’s cafeteria.

In addition, the gallery will be presenting Prayer Rug, a beautiful textural work by celebrated artist Sheila Hicks, commissioned by Boyer for Elie de Rothschild’s private collection.
