About This Piece

Vintage Design

This high quality daybed was manufactured during the 1960s in West-Germany. It is in all original condition.

The iconic modernist design piece features a wooden frame in beech which is covered with elastic straps. The heavy supporting structure consists of tubular steel.

Mattress and 3 high-quality modular backrest elements are covered with cord fabric, completed by 1 long bolster in woolen fabric.

Each of the 3 modular backrest elements features an inner wooden frame that supports the backsides and the bottom of each cushion.
These padding frames increase comfort, prevent deformation and make it more comfortable to place each piece individually.
