This exceptional mid-century modern coffee table was crafted in Germany in the 1960s and is a striking example of brutalist elegance. The thick, rectangular tabletop is made from richly grained wenge wood — a tropical hardwood prized for its depth of color and dramatic linear texture. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with the grain perfectly aligned across all surfaces, giving the piece a monolithic, sculptural feel.

Resting on a minimalist U-shaped base in brushed steel, the table achieves a compelling contrast between natural warmth and industrial precision.
