About This Piece

Vintage oil on canvas painting of Lena and the Swan from 1956. Beautiful artwork depicting a naked woman and a swan looking at each other. This type of artwork is derived from Leda and the Swan, a story from Greek mythology, in which Zeus transformed himself into a Swan to seduce Leda, the queen of Sparta. It is an oil on canvas with a signature at the bottom right that is unfortunately unclear and dated '56. It is in good condition with the original wooden frame.
