Highly decorative hand painted Naval Desk of Captain S.D Gardener of the H.M.S Soloma dated 1865
This is a very good looking well made and decorative Naval desk, it is circa 1900-1920 in English oak to my eyes and hands, the painting is later and has been done as a tribute or for pure decoration We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, it honestly looks to be in very fine order throughout, the top has been protected with glass so it seems to be free from imperfections
